iCAP Teams

In collaboration with Facilities & Services, iSEE established teams consisting of faculty, staff, and students to examine the six broad themes within the Illinois Climate Action Plan (iCAP).

Among their duties, the iCAP Teams will recommend concrete steps the campus and community should take to meet its iCAP targets, as well as develop suggested revisions and updates to the iCAP. Each team has faculty members, staff members, and students. An iSEE intern serves each team as a “clerk” for the group.

iCAP Working Group

The Illinois Climate Action Plant Working Group is made up of representatives from major stakeholder groups across campus. This group is tasked with reviewing iCAP Team recommendations and transmitting them to the related units or the Sustainability Council, as appropriate; reviewing progress toward goals set forth in the iCAP; and coordinating and compiling a new iCAP every five years.
